Contract & Tuition Fees

Contract & Tuition Fees (Effective January 1, 2024)

Full Day: 5 hours or more

Minimum Weekly Contract: 3 days per week

Notice for Changes: 15 days' notice required to decrease/increase contracted days, subject to availability. TLC Center reserves the right to deny such requests.

Payment Due: By the 10th of each month, unless prior arrangements are made. Payments can be made via SmartCare APP, cash, or check.

Account Balance Access: Available via SmartCare kiosk, SmartCare app, or from TLC Center management.

Termination Notice: A minimum of 5 days' written notice is required if TLC Center must terminate care. No notice is required if you withdraw your child. No refunds are provided.

End-of-Year Statement: Families can request a year-end statement and signed W-10 for tax purposes.

Additional Fees

  • Registration/Insurance Fee: $100 non-refundable per family at enrollment.

  • Late Payment Fee: $50 if monthly fees are not paid by the 15th.

  • Returned Check Fee: $50 for checks returned due to insufficient funds.

  • Late Pick-Up Fee: $25 per 5 minutes after 6:05 PM (unless the center has been notified).

  • Non-Payment of Fees: A $100 fee is charged for non-payment after 30 days from the child’s last attendance. Accounts will be sent to collections within 90 days.

  • Holding Fee: $200 per month if withdrawing your child for 1 month or more. Subject to availability.

  • New Enrollment Holding Fee (Infants): $200 per month for holding an infant slot. This fee is non-refundable.

Tuition Rates

Pre-Pay Rates: Tuition paid at the start of the month for that month.

Post-Pay Rates: Tuition paid at the end of the month after services are provided.

Daily Rates

  • Age 0-35 Months: $65/day

  • Age 3 Years and Older: $60/day

    (These rates apply for contracted days, including absences and center closures.)

Monthly Tuition Rates

For 0-35 Months:

  • Full-Time: $1120

  • 4 Days/Week: $928

  • 3 Days/Week: $696

  • Extra Day: $60

For 3 Years and Older:

  • Full-Time: $1040

  • 4 Days/Week: $864

  • 3 Days/Week: $648

  • Extra Day: $56

AM/PM (3-4 hours per day)

For 0-35 Months:

  • 5 Days/Week: $800

  • 4 Days/Week: $640

  • 3 Days/Week: $480

  • Extra Day: $40

For 3 Years and Older:

  • 5 Days/Week: $700
