With over 30 years of experience in childcare, I am passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting families. Much of my career has been spent at the TLC Center as my mother Debbi was the original owner. I’ve had the joy of watching children grow and thrive. From 2005 to 2015, my family and I lived in Billings, where I ran a home-based childcare program.

I have been married to my husband, Tim, for 27 years, and we have five wonderful children and two grandsons. I enjoy reading and spending quality time with my family in my free time.

From October 2019 to January 2024, I served as a Center Director before being promoted to my current role as the Senior Director of Operations. In this role, I have the privilege of working across all of our incredible locations, supporting both our Directors and the families we serve.

Hi! I’m Madison, the Director at our BLC location. I’ve been passionate about early childhood education since 2012 when I began my journey at TLC. I spent about 8 years as a teacher before stepping into management, where I’ve now been leading and supporting teams for 4 years.

I earned both of my Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials by the time I was 20, and I’m currently wrapping up my Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education at the University of Montana Western, and will graduate in May of 2025.

I’m proud to have over 1,075 training hours on the ECP (Early Childhood Practitioner) registry and have completed specialized classes in both Infant/Toddler and Preschool development.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a fun-loving 7-year-old daughter. We’re always up for an outdoor adventure or trying something new! Making others happy is my work love language, and I’m always eager to learn new things that help me better support my staff, our children, and their families.

My name is Miss Nicole, and I have 3 children. My son's names are Scottylee and Lenyx, and my daughter's name is Nya. I do have my dual CDA in Infant/Toddler and Preschool. Working with children has been the best experience. I was recently promoted to Assistant Director in September and am loving this new role of leadership. I do still work as a lead teacher in the Pioneers classroom as well, and feel that my expereince in the classroom traslates nicely into my new role.

Hi! I'm Miss Felicia, and I’ve been working in childcare for the past four years—and I absolutely love it! Each day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with the amazing children I teach. I'm always excited to explore new teaching techniques and find creative ways to engage little minds.

At home, I'm a proud mom to four wonderful kids—two biologically mine, Sophia and Willow, and two I love with all my heart, Aleesia and Rylan. We enjoy camping, spending time at the park, attending fun family events, and cheering at our kids’ sporting games.

I have been working in early childhood education for a little over a year now. As a teaching assistant, I had the honor of working with all age groups here at TLC Center before being placed in the little learenrs classroom. I recently graduated from high school at Paris Gibson Education Center back in April of this year, and am currently taking dual credits at Great Falls College MSU for positive child guidance. I have four siblings and am the oldest child. I also have a cat. I enjoy working with children and plan to continue my education and build my experience in childcare.

Hello! In 2015, I left Great Falls to pursue a life of sustainence. I landed at MSU Bozeman to complete a bachelor's of science in food and nutrition. It was my last year of college when I was visiting friends locally. That weekend, I met my soon to be husband, CJ. I graduated and went on to an internship to become a registered dietitian. Shortly after completing, I married my wonderful husband. My family then included him, myself, and 2 awesome bonus daughters, Joscy and Sky. I was feeling so blessed!! Then, my husband got orders to move to Califronia. We were there 6 months and Covid hit. During our California stent, I worked for WIC and also a community health center working with adolescence and their parents who were focused on improving their nutrition. For my husband and myself, we kept ourselves busy and shortly after, Ellie, our daughter, was born. 6 months after her appearance, we received orders to come back home to Great Falls. Since being back, I returned to the workforce and completed 1 year at Cascade County WIC. I found myself running in circles, stressed and disconnected from my family. Together, we decided that me being at the daycare serves our family. Thank you to TLC and the families we serve for having me prepare nutritious meals and snacks for your most precious beings. I am beyond grateful! I really enjoy hiking, gardening, golfing and "dealing" with house plants and orchids. When it's too cold to be outside, i have been known to shoot some pool. On the weekends, we spend time with my mom and our fluffy husky. Professional experience 2020-2024 WIC Childcare experience I have provided care for younger cousins, neices and nephews. I am also raising my youngest and sometimes, when I am lucky enough, I provide care for my bonus girls.

Hello! My name is Alexandra Albert, and I have been working in Early Childhood Education and at TLC Center since I was 16 years old. I started out as a flex assistant and have worked with all age groups. In 2020, I was promoted to Assistant Director of our TLC Center GFC location, and now I am now the Director of TLC Center GFC and am working towards a BA in Early Childhood Education. I have been married for a little over a year and have a son who is 20 months old, named Hudson.

Hello, my name is Tamara, and I am the assistant director at our GFC location! I started at TLC Center in the fall of 2016, and clearly, I never left! I truly love teaching, shaping and guiding children through their early stages of life. I always make sure I use my creativity, compassion, and patience with all the children and families that enter our doors. I earned my associate’s degree for Early Childhood Education and Development in the fall of 2023. I am currently taking part-time classes aiming towards my bachelor’s degree. Outside of work, I am happily married to my husband,d Tim, and we have two amazing children. Andrew and Aubrey, who are both in school, typically spend the mornings and some afternoons with me at the center. They, too love the children at TLC Center just as much as I do. My husband is originally from Vegas, so we try to make bi-yearly trips to go visit family and have fun! We love traveling and making memories together as a family!

I'm a teacher here at the TLC Center and a part-time psychology student at Arizona State University. Outside of work and school, I love spending time reading and doing diamond art painting—it's my favorite way to unwind and get creative.
